Kim McKimmyKim K. McKimmy, Senior Staffing Consultant

Ms. McKimmy co-founder and partner of STEM Search and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Kim brings passion, professionalism and perseverance in solving the business objectives of her clients through key staff recruitment, qualification and placement.

With over a decade of sales and recruiting experience spanning IT & Life Science industries, securing over 480 contractor placements and 45 direct hires, Kim understands the impact that key resources have in accelerating the product concept to commercialization life cycle; client and employee satisfaction and retention; and her client’s desire to optimize the required staffing investment.

Ms. McKimmy believes in giving back to the communities in which she serves and currently serves as the Employment Chair for two professional associations.

Ron MartiniRon Martini, Sr. Technical Recruiter

Mr. Martini co-founder and partner of Regent Associates brings over 25 years of experience along with 5 years of recruiting experience to Regent Associates.

Ron started as a programmer for various clients in the Twin Cities area, moving into IT consulting in the 80’s. He brings an entrepreneurial background having owned several consulting businesses.

His technical expertise remains current in Oracle and MS SQL Server databases. Over the last few years he has created and delivered database training classes for many.

Most recently he had a consulting assignment for an IT staffing firm, where he was responsible in growing the firm’s personnel from two to its staffing level of 17permanent and 22 contract positions.
